Q. Can I return products?

A. Yes.  We accept all products in their original packaging or with tags attached for clothing.  Please contact us first to discuss the issue and arrange for returning the item.

Q. Is all stock on the website available?

A. Yes. Our website stock levels are updated several times a day and all items advertised online are in stock at the time of an update. Unfortunately on very rare occasions where we have small quantities of a particular item, orders placed between updates may exceed the quantity of items we have available. We will inform you the day your order is placed if this occurs and give you the option to replace it with another item or receive a refund.

Q. How much will my order cost to post and how long will my delivery take?

Q. Which credit/debit cards and payment methods do you accept?

A. We currently accept the following methods

  • Paypal
  • Visa/Mastercard Credit
  • Cheque
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (Bank transfer)

Q. What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?

A. First check with your post office that the parcel has not been left there, check with your neighbours, that it hasn’t been left with them and check you had the correct address on your order.  These are all issues we have seen with ‘undelivered’ parcels. Once you have done all this and are certain it is lost, please contact us so we can investigate the matter.

Q. What should I do if items in my order are faulty?

A. Contact us immediately if there is an issue with an item in your parcel. Please email an explanation and photographic evidence of the issue where possible. Faulty items will be replaced once we are satisfied the goods were faulty on despatch.

Q. What should I do if items in my order are broken?

A. Contact us immediately if an item in your parcel arrives broken. Please email an explanation and photographic evidence of the breakage. Items will be replaced immediately on receipt of the evidence. 

Please note: Footballs that have not used the proper method for inflation cannot be replaced or refunded. Before you first inflate a soccer ball, place a couple drops of silicone oil or silicone lubricant spray or glycerin oil into the valve. You can purchase one of the oils or spray at your local hardware store. Using one of the lubricants will improve the life of the valve and lubricate the valve for easy insertion of the inflation needle.  Always moisten the inflation needle before you insert it into the valve. Preferably, use some silicon oil to moisten the needle.  However; some people use spit...yuk, but that is not recommended.

Q. Do I have to pay customs taxes for fees when my package arrives?

AAccording to local regulations, customs or import duties may be applied once the package reaches its destination country.  Any extra charges for customs clearance must be paid by the receiver of the package. We have no control over these charges and cannot say what they may be. Our advice would be to contact your local customs office for further information.Q. I no longer want a product, or it doesn't fit, can I return it?
